The fresh hibiscus flowers are individually picked, de-seeded, cleaned, graded and then packed into jars entirely by hand in Sydney, Australia. The hibiscus flowers grow in several different shapes and are placed in predetermined positions in the jar according to ensure that none are squashed or disfigured … so every jar you receive is unique in itself.
